The Linden house was a continuation of the Schittar and Milcenich-Cerniak houses on Rijeka's Korzo not only thanks to its neighbouring position, but to its picturesque facade as well. The work of the design and architectural duo Angyal-Fabbro embellished the city centre with its facade in 1929. The lower part of the narrow building was in the past and remains so today a business area with a number of shops, while the floors above it are residential. It attracts the views of Korzo passengers with its geometric decorations which point to Art Deco.
